Was passing through town and needed my windscreen fixed urgently due to a rock cracking it on the highway. I can’t thank the team enough for helping me. You can tell it’s a family run business, as I was treated like a human and the competitive costs reflected such. What a positive experience, from what I initially thought would be a headache. Legends! Thanks again.

Awesome service! Luke thoroughly vacuumed the broken glass out of the vehicle, replaced the new glass perfectly. The whole process was easy and communication on a proactive basis. Great job all-around and could not fault. Very happy!

With a Building & Pest due the following day and a suddenly smashed garage window, we spoke (begged :)) with Bree at O'Brien glass, who arranged a local contractor to come out the same day. We have been absolutely blown away by Bree's kindness, sympathy, lovely manner and efficiency. The window was replaced the same day by Zane from Image Glass and Aluminium - so efficient, tidy and courteous. All round, this was a disaster that turned into an example of human kindness and perfect customer service. Thank you so much.

Brendan a came to my home and replaced my window after a break in. He went above and beyond with his service, ensuring the outcome was perfect and I was satisfied. His communication before and after the job was outstanding and I could not recommend the company and Brendan more.

Great service from the team at Tweed Heads. They were efficient, timely and job was completed earlier then expected. The young giy at reception was friendly, knew what he was doing and am sure made the task go like clockwork. Thanks O'Brien's!👍
