"Had a wind related accident with two of the windows at the business premises. Called Allianz to claim on our plate & glass insurance and was directed to O'Brien with a claim number. 1 phone call and we had an appointment booked with Damian to look at the job. He replaced 1 of the 2 windows in a matter of minutes. Could not replace the other one due to severe damages at the frame. He also secured the window with a wood panel before he left. 3 weeks later we received a follow-up phone call from O'Brien and had an appointment booked with Terry to come out and assess the frame. On the day, he took out the frame to be repaired offsite (apparently there are only 2 places left in Sydney who can repair such an old frame). Terry promised to be back for installation in 3-4 weeks. He rocked up with Damian only 2 weeks later and both they get the job done. Superbly pleased with their professionalism and job quality. We reckon we found the best men for the job we had."
