O'Brien Rowville installed a nice Emerald heat pump hot water system at my house. It's the first time I have dealt with the company. It was a pleasant experience, the workers sent out were very polite and professional, and got the job done in no time. The workmanship was very professional and done by someone with pride in their work, something rare these days. I was recommended to use O'Brien by a workmate, and I will recommend to others.

Very happy with my heat pump installation by O’Brien Electrical and Plumbing. Nat has been very helpful with heat pump recommendations and proposal. Mike and John have done a fantastic job with my heat pump installation. Although there was a change to where the heat pump will be installed and cost a little bit more, Mike explained that it will be better for access and maintenance work later on. It sounds like a logical reason and I’m glad he suggested it. I’ve included a photo after the installation. Very neat and nicely done! 😊

Couldn’t really believe a company could hold a 4.9 star rating after 1000 reviews. After we had our hot water system installed, I can totally understand why now!

The two guys that came around to install were courteous, clean and incredibly efficient. We wanted to relocate the location of our hot water system to an awkward spot. The guys didn’t hesitate to question and quickly thought up a plan to make it work.

The area it was planned to go had a cemented drain causing the ground to be uneven. The installers took the time to chock the cement base up to the level of the drain and they also went to the effort of putting mortar around the border of the cement block to neaten up the appearance.

The small attention to every detail was impressive. The plumbing work was neatened, they went to great effort to reroute the exisiting pipe work which was all over the place and attached it to the wall nice and flush.

The electrician went to the effort of shortening the power lead on the system to the correct length so it would not dangle awkwardly.

All in, incredibly impressed by the entire process and the two guys that installed the system. It’s a shame I didn’t get their names as they were terrific.

Tyrone and Ben were absolutely fantastic! They installed a new hot water system at my home and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and clearly knew their stuff. The installation was smooth, tidy, and completed quicker than I expected.
